Psychologists have never actually concluded that "social media addiction" is a real thing. But that *little* detail has not stopped some folks from launching an entire program of therapy (!!). It involves spending a lot of time on your phone/computer, which wouldn't seem to make much sense. Then again, what do I know, I haven't sought treatment.
Not an expert, but i'm p. sure that's the dog equivalent of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
